We immediately liked Elyson. It has a very warm and family friendly feeling, and the community representatives at the Welcome Center made us feel very welcome.
We were excited to find out about the new Katy ISD schools opening two miles from Elyson in August. Jonnie will be a freshman at Paetow High and he loves the fact that he’ll have seniority right from the start, since the school will only have 9th and 10th grade students in its first year.
The minute we saw Elyson, we knew this was where we wanted to live. We could feel it in our bones.
The one thing we like best, other than our home, is the thoughtful and diligent planning that Newland Communities has put into creating a positive experience for residents.
We knew about other Newland communities in the area, like Cinco Ranch, that are very well-maintained. There's a certain overall aura about Newland communities. You can't quite put your finger on it, but it's the way they look and feel.
We didn't hesitate to jump in and choose our homesite. We feel like we're getting in on the ground floor of a great community in an area with an incredible growth rate.
