There’s so much to celebrate at Elyson this spring, we couldn’t fit it into one day. (Or even one weekend.) New homes and 21 models to tour? Yes, please. There will also be food trucks, giveaways, movie nights, live music and a lot more. All. Month. Long. Bring the family and friends and stop by again and again.
We’re cramming all the fun we can fit into the month of March. (With lots of new homes sprinkled in, too.) Pick a weekend, any weekend. Because they’re all going to be great. Here’s what to look forward to:
The celebration starts with live music on the Lakeside Landing patio. Come hungry: a mix of food trucks and the Texas Beer Tap Truck will have food and drinks for purchase. And for the kids we’ll have two face painters, inflatable obstacle course and more.
Calling all kids! Two of your favorite characters are coming to the Welcome Center. Stop by to take pictures with Spiderman from 10:30 to 12:30 and Wonder Woman from 1 to 3 and enjoy a special treat. Bring your parents — there are 21 model homes for them to explore.
Feeling lucky? Then this is a great time to get in on the action. This weekend, each builder is giving away prizes ($2,500 in total) — just register at any or all model homes for your chance to win. And don’t forget to stop by the Welcome Center for your shot at the grand prize: a big-screen TV.
Lights, camera, Elyson! Bring the family for a special outdoor screening on the Elyson House Event Lawn. Stay tuned for which movie — current Elyson residents will decide! There will be plenty of food trucks and goodies to enjoy, too.
Little ones, this one is for you. The Little Gym of Katy will be offering a free class geared towards kids aged 3 to 5 years old. Meet at the Lakeside Landing Event Lawn for a gymnastics program that helps children learn and grow through movement and imaginative play.
Bring the fur babies (and the family) for a full day of fun at the Model Home Village. There will be pet-themed giveaways, pet adoptions by Special Pals, a mobile groomer, pony rides — even a special appearance by Bluey and the Chick-fil-A cow.
To celebrate the opening of Compass Lake, we’re giving away an Intex 2-person inflatable kayak! Just grab an entry ticket from each model you tour and turn them in at the Welcome Center. Remember, the more you tour the more chances you have to win, so why not try to visit them all? (Insider tip: don’t miss the models outside our Model Home Village — they’re worth three tickets each!)
It wouldn’t be a home tour without new homes, and we’ve got plenty. From paired homes to single-family homes, luxury residences to single-story living — even detached homes surrounding a central courtyard. Get a feel for what living in them is like by touring any — or all — of our 21 model homes.
