Toll Brothers, leading luxury home builder, is coming to Elyson

Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 company and one of the nation’s leading luxury home builders, is coming to Elyson with plans to build 340 homes in three collections, in an enclave with many opportunities for lake, park and greenbelt views.

This award-winning builder will offer 18 one- and two-story floor plans at Elyson, ranging from 1,800 to more than 4,500 square feet overall. Homebuyers will be able to choose from 3 to 6 bedrooms, from 3 to 5.5 baths, and 2- to 4-car garages.

There will be three distinct collections, starting with the Cypress Collection on 50-foot-wide homesites, with prices anticipated from the mid $400Ks.

The Sycamore Collection will feature homes on 60-foot homesites, with prices expected from the mid $500Ks.

The Aspen Collection will offer homes on 70-foot homesites, with prices anticipated from the mid $600,000s.

The location of these homes within Elyson’s 3,600-acre master plan will be just as appealing.

Toll Brothers will build all three of its Elyson collections within its own exclusive neighborhood, with a scenic 18-acre lake as its centerpiece.

The lake will be surrounded by a community park and green space, and the perimeter of the neighborhood will be encircled by open natural space, creating many opportunities for buyers to select view homesites.

The neighborhood will be close to three Katy ISD schools serving grades Pre-K through 12.

Homes will be within walking distance of Alfred & Ann Boudny Elementary, opening in August 2025 as the district’s 47th elementary school. Also nearby are Nelson Junior High and Freeman High School, opened in 2024.

Once again for 2025, Niche ranks Katy ISD as the No. 1 school district in the Houston region.

Like all Elyson residents, Toll Brothers homeowners will enjoy more than 650 acres planned for parks, trails, recreational amenities and natural open space at Elyson. These include major parks and community centers such as Elyson House, Lakeside Landing and Elyson Commons. They also include smaller neighborhood parks, like Adventure Point and Speedway Park, plus a trail system that will extend for almost 30 miles when completed.

Elyson offers a growing number of shops, restaurants, fitness centers, private preschools and other services, from national retailers like Target to locally owned businesses such as Cork It wine bar.
