Newmark introduces light-filled, flexible Portrait Series in Elyson
If your picture of the perfect home is an open, versatile floor plan priced from the low $400ks then Newmark’s Portrait Series in Elyson might be just what you had in mind.
Newmark is now selling the Portrait Series in a new Elyson neighborhood within walking distance of Elyson Courts and another new park coming soon. Interested homebuyers can join Newmark’s priority list to receive the latest updates.
Newmark is currently constructing a new model home in Elyson’s new Model Home Village to showcase the Portrait Series, along with its other new series.
The Portrait Series offers 16 diverse one- and two-story home designs with some strong family resemblances, such as:

The Donley model opening in early 2024 in Elyson will showcase many of the Portrait Series’ most remarkable features, including a Modern Prairie exterior that is one of several available architectural styles.
The Donley has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a number of customizing options.
With a two-story ceiling, the family room is open to the breakfast and kitchen area. An extended covered patio option is available to create a seamless indoor/outdoor living space.
The primary suite and a second bedroom with a private bath are both downstairs. The primary bathroom has double vanities and a huge walk-in closet, with an optional enlarged shower.
Upstairs, the Donley has three more spacious bedrooms and an open gameroom.
The Donley also shows the many practical, thoughtful features and options included in the Portrait Series. The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, with an upgrade option that offers more island workspace.
The two-car garage can be enlarged with a five-foot storage extension or a full third bay.
