10 things we love in Perry’s largest and most luxurious Elyson model home

Perry Homes has opened three model homes in Elyson’s Model Home Village, and Design 3791 showcases the largest and most luxurious plans available from this leading builder.
Offered on 65-foot-wide homesites, these homes are priced from the mid $500Ks, with one- and two-story plans ranging from approximately 2,500 to 4,200 square feet.
Design 3791 is filled with so many architectural and decorative details, it was hard to pick out our 10 favorite features, but we managed. To see everything this gorgeous 5/4.5/3 model home has to offer, you can visit any day of the week.
Spiral staircase
A rotunda foyer with a spiral staircase and a 19-foot ceiling creates a memorable first impression when you step into this model. The dramatic ceiling height continues as the foyer leads back to the family room, where a wall of double-stacked windows floods the entire living area and kitchen with natural light.
Family foyer
As beautiful as the rotunda foyer is, most family members will probably use the mud room entry from the three-car garage for most of their coming and going. What the main foyer offers in grandeur, the family foyer balances with coziness and function. The built-in mud bench offers storage cubbies below and backpack hooks above. The area also includes a butler’s pantry with plenty of upper and lower cabinet space. It opens to a spacious laundry room for added convenience.
Home office
Working from home is a trend that’s here to stay, and Design 3791 accommodates telecommuting with a spacious home office that’s both secluded and accessible to other areas. With a light-filled location off of the foyer, this office has French doors that can be open or closed, and the model displays a wall of built-in shelves and cabinets.
Gourmet kitchen
Completely open to the family room and morning area, the gourmet kitchen has a huge table island as its central focal point, with a casual seating area provided by the generous countertop overhang. The space under the island combines with the abundant cabinet space to offer storage galore in this dream kitchen. Not an inch of space is wasted, with the topmost glass-front cabinets combining storage capability with a classic design detail.
Luxury primary suite
With its relaxing dark green accent wall, the primary suite offers a luxurious retreat on the main floor. A king-sized bed flanked by wide nightstands emphasizes the spacious dimensions of the main bedroom area. Double doors open to the sumptuous spa bath, which offers a series of pairs, including the separate vanities and double walk-in closets. The free-floating tub is a focal point for this spacious bathroom, which also includes a glass-enclosed shower.
Downstairs guest suite
With a vestibule entrance that mirrors the entry to the primary suite, the guest suite is tucked beyond the kitchen and garage for maximum privacy for guests or family members. This suite includes a full bath and walk-in closet, with a linen closet in the vestibule.
Outdoor living
The Design 3791 model home in Elyson displays the optional extended covered patio, which measures a room-sized 26 feet long by 10 feet wide. It easily accommodates separate dining and seating arrangements overlooking the spacious backyard.
Upstairs fun
Located off the second-floor landing, where an iron railing offers a great view of the family room, the gameroom and media room offer an upstairs fun zone for the entire family. The gameroom has a recessed niche that’s ideal for shelving, as shown in the model. Bold wall stripes and patterned drapery and upholstery add a fun casual vibe to this area. Painted dark blue for maximum enjoyment of big-screen showings, the media room has plenty of space for a large sectional sofa and other furnishings.
Creative bedroom décor
Design 3791 has three bedrooms upstairs, making this a five-bedroom home. Each is spacious for a secondary bedroom, with the largest measuring 14 feet by 12 feet and including its own private bath. The two other bedrooms share a share a thoughtfully planned bath, with each bedroom having a private dressing area with a large vanity. Every bedroom is decorated in a fun theme, including one with several tones of pink, and another with a vintage airplane motif.
Plenty of storage
This model home offers plenty of storage and closet space throughout. Each of the five bedrooms has its own true walk-in closet, with two closets in the primary suite. There’s also a large storage closet upstairs. The walk-in pantry, linen closet, garage and utility room offer even more storage options.
