New Taylor Morrison model home showcases modern style from the low $300,000s
Lakeside living with modern design will be showcased in a new Taylor Morrison model home in Elyson.
Representing the new Venture Collection, priced from the low $300,000s, the Bordeaux model home, located in the Elyson Model Home Village, will be open only for private tours at first, with expanded hours to be announced as soon as possible.
Created especially for Elyson, Taylor Morrison’s new Venture Collection offers two unique opportunities for homebuyers.
First, this new design collection features modern architecture with thoughtful attention to detail, from the choice of exterior colors and materials curated by an Architectural Colorist, to the style of the light fixtures and address plates. Inside, these plans are open, contemporary and highly customizable. The Bordeaux plan, for example, can be built with up to six bedrooms and five full baths. It comes with a three-car garage, with a four-car garage available.
Second, the Venture Collection offers a one-of-a-kind location inside Elyson’s first gated neighborhood, with a limited number of waterfront homesites available along a scenic lake. A lakeside park with a firepit, trail and pickleball court is located just outside the gate.
The award-winning Elyson House amenity center features a year round pool, fitness center and an active event lawn and is just a short walk away along Elyson’s trail system, which will ultimately extend for nearly 30 miles.
Inside, the new Venture Collection floor plans feature walls of windows to take advantage of lake views, especially in owner’s suites and in the open family gathering areas. Covered outdoor living areas are another hallmark of this collection, with expanded patios and outdoor fireplaces optional on most plans.
Some plans, such as the Bordeaux, offer the option of creating a full guest bedroom suite in lieu of the third tandem garage bay. The Bordeaux’s downstairs flex room can also be built as a bedroom with a full bath, for a total of six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. This flex space can also be built as a study with French doors.
