Perry Homes debuts new model homes in Elyson
Perry Homes has opened two new model homes in Elyson’s Model Home Village, showcasing two collections of plans priced from the high $200s and from the low $300s.
These plans are offered in two new Elyson neighborhoods that are within walking distance of two exciting new amenities opening in 2020: Elyson’s first onsite Katy ISD elementary school, and a new community park with a splash pad.
The neighborhood offering Perry homes from the low $300s will also offer a limited number of homesites with views of one of Elyson’s scenic lakes.
From the high $200s
Perry’s one-story Design 1984W model home showcases its collection of plans priced from the $270,000s to the $340,000s. This collection ranges from approximately 1,500 to 2,600 square feet overall.
This three-bedroom model plan includes an open family room and dining area that flows into the kitchen, which has a large work island and a walk-in pantry. An optional covered patio may be added for indoor/outdoor living.
Design 1984W also has a study with French doors. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, and a convenient mudroom is located between the everyday entry and the two-car garage. The foyer has a detailed 11-foot ceiling.
The Design 1984W model home in Elyson has a beautiful brick and stone exterior with a high gabled roofline. Wood-look porcelain tile floors are featured throughout the living areas. The kitchen shows off several of the standard features included in this collection, such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and 42-inch Shaker cabinets.
From the $320s
The Design 2737W model home, another one-story plan, showcases Perry homes priced from the $320,000s to $390,000s in Elyson. This collection ranges from approximately 2,200 to 3,300 square feet overall.
This four-bedroom home has an extended foyer with a 12-foot ceiling. French doors open to the library, featuring an 11-foot ceiling and a storage area.
The family room, dining area and kitchen are combined into an open informal living area. A covered patio is included as a standard feature, with the option of creating an extended patio.
The gameroom is next to the family room and kitchen area, but can be closed off with French doors for separate activities. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, and the primary bedroom suite includes a large walk-in closet with built-ins.
The model home shows off the high ceilings and archways that give this plan such an open feeling. The kitchen has a brown and white modern tile backsplash that harmonizes beautifully with the wood-look tile flooring used throughout the main living areas.
The family room displays the optional corner fireplace. In the primary bedroom suite, the luxurious bathroom has an oval island tub surrounded by the same designer tile used on the floor, for a seamless cohesive design. An arched window behind the tub offers views of the oversized tiled shower.
