Pulte introduces new plans from high $200,000s in Elyson
Pulte Homes has introduced a new collection of home plans priced from the $280,000s in a new Elyson neighborhood within walking distance of Elyson’s first Katy ISD elementary school, planned to open in 2020.
Pulte’s new Terrace Series offers 10 floor plans ranging from 2,134 to 3,635 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and four full baths.
Pre-opening prices are from $280,990 to $346,990. Both one- and two-story plans are offered, along with several 1.5-story plans. Homesites are 60 feet wide.
Pulte’s new model home, the two-story Mansfield, will open this summer in Elyson’s Model Home Village, but pre-grand opening sales are already under way. For information, visit Pulte’s Amherst model home, located across the street from the future Mansfield model in the Model Home Village.
Pre-opening buyers can take advantage of limited-time incentives on upgrades and closing costs. They can also get first dibs on choice homesites in this new neighborhood, including a limited number of greenbelt and cul-de-sac locations. Pulte’s new neighborhood is located within walking distance of Elyson’s first Katy ISD elementary school, opening in 2020. It is also near the new Kiddie Academy childcare center opening in Elyson this summer.
Many Terrace Series plans include one of Pulte’s most popular features, the Pulte Planning Center, or PPC, which you can see in Pulte’s Amherst model home at Elyson.
The PPC is a convenient pocket office located in the kitchen and family room area. With its built-in desk and storage spaces, it’s a great place for moms to plan, and for kids to do homework. A counter-height wall defines the PPC and offers some privacy, while still keeping it open to the family room and kitchen.
Many of Pulte’s new Elyson plans also include built-in mud benches, offering a convenient place for family members to sit down, change their shoes, and store their gear as they enter through the garage.
Flex spaces are another hallmark of Pulte’s designs, and many Terrace Series plans include flexible rooms that can be built as formal living spaces, studies with French doors, or extra bedrooms.
Pulte offers several 1.5-story homes in this collection, offering the perfect compromise between a one-story and two-story home. Most of the living space is on the main floor, with a flexible second level that can include a gameroom, media room, and one or more bedrooms along with bathrooms.
Other notable features include flexible garage options that range from two-cars up to three-cars, with several intermittent sizes available in between.
Pulte’s Terrace Series will also include an extensive suite of technology features such as smart locks, video doorbells and Wi-Fi enabled appliances. Pulte is also known for their comprehensive, in-house warranty, which includes an industry-exclusive five-year water intrusion warranty to protect against leaks.
