Lennar’s Isabella
Lennar’s Isabella model home showcases a flexible floor plan that can be built with options including a three-car garage, an extended covered patio and up to five bedrooms.

Also downstairs, the primary bedroom suite can be customized with a bay window that adds light and spaciousness. A double vanity is optional in the primary bath.

The Brazos by Meritage
The one-story Brazos model by Meritage begins with a video doorbell, the first clue that this home has a comprehensive technology package. More tech features include smart door locks, advanced thermostats and lighting controls.
The Brazos has an extended foyer with an optional detailed ceiling treatment to make an even more memorable first impression. The foyer opens to a formal dining room, which can also be built as a study with French doors.
