From front door to back, Westin’s new Elyson model welcomes with wow factors
When it opens in Elyson in early September, Westin Homes’ new Preston III model will greet visitors with “wow” factors that extend from the front door to the back yard, and also upstairs.
This four-bedroom model begins with Westin’s signature rotunda foyer, featuring a grand spiral staircase with wrought iron spindles. An elaborately detailed recessed ceiling will draw all eyes upward.
The drama continues through the two-story family room and open kitchen area, out to the spacious outdoor living area.

Westin homes in Elyson will be priced from the $300,000s to $330,000s.
