Planning center, flex room among unique features in Pulte’s Elyson model
Pulte has created a brand-new collection of floor plans that will make their debut at Elyson, with base prices ranging from the $250,000s to $290,000s for plans with up to five bedrooms and four baths.
This collection will be represented by Pulte’s two-story Amherst model, opening in mid-October.
The four-bedroom Amherst will showcase a number of innovative features, including a personal planning center tucked between the kitchen and the two-story great room.
With its half-wall to the great room and its open door to the kitchen, this planning center provides privacy for productivity, and visibility to keep an eye on both rooms.
The flex room adjacent to the two-story foyer is another innovative feature. Buyers can transform it into a study with French doors, or build it as a fifth bedroom with a full bath and closet.
Upstairs, the Amherst has a spacious gameroom surrounded by three more bedrooms.
